Matthew's 'Happy Snaps' Page

Photographs of Matthew Tait & family

Matthew Tait is our 11yr old son who was unfortunately diagnosed with Ewing's Sarcoma (a rare form of bone cancer) whilst we were living in Germany in April 1997.

Below you will see photographs of him before he was struck down with this dreadful cancer, up until he had his long and difficult treatment involving chemotherapy and radiotherapy. The links thereafter are photographs of Matthew taken by various photographers from newspapers all around the U.K.

The treatment he recieved did not have the positive result we had hoped, and Matthew's only hope as I write, is that we find a clinical trial that proves successful in defeating this terrible disease.

Karen and I have created a home and links page to tell Matthew's story in greater detail, it is also designed as a comprehensive resource for cancer, in particular Ewing's Sarcoma. The link to the site is below.
